A study of access to menstrual hygiene products among female construction workers

Abstract
Menstrual hygiene is a significant health and social issue among female construction workers. This study aims to assess access and use of menstrual hygiene products among female construction workers. The study found that most female construction workers face a lack of hygiene products during menstruation, leading to physical, mental, and social health problems. The study also found that due to a lack of education and awareness, female construction workers do not understand the importance of menstrual hygiene. The results of this study point to the need to increase access and awareness of menstrual hygiene products among female construction workers. Governments and non-governmental organizations need to implement menstrual hygiene programs and provide them with hygiene products. The findings of this study are important for improving the health and well-being of female construction workers and can be useful for policymakers and program implementers.
