Abstract

Cervical spondylitis is a degenerative disorder that occurs primarily due to the degeneration of the cervical cells and vertebral discs of the neck. This disease is the main cause of neck pain, nerve pressure, dizziness, numbness in hands, and reduced mobility in adults and elderly people,all around the world. Modern busy lifestyle, wrong sitting posture and excessive use of computer and mobile are increasing the prevalence of this disease.
